Our main strength is gastronomy, and here is where we shine. There are no predetermined menus because we don’t believe in that. There is only you, your expectations, and what we can bring to the table. And when it comes to speaking the language of food, we have the best Executive Head Chef to do it, Silviu Nedelea!
Our Executive Head Chef goes beyond the art of cooking by being the embodiment of what a Chef stands for.
He is a multi-talented and locally awarded Chef. He was a semi-finalist in the “Chefi la cutite” cooking show, and for more than 5 years he presented a TV cooking show called "Falvours3Bucatari". His attention to detail, his culinary science, and his people skills are some of the reasons that make Silviu one of the best in this branch.
He creates visually stunning dishes that are even more delicious than they look. Most importantly, he brings a sense of creativity to everything he does: from simple to complex dishes and on-site live events, his dedication and experience shine. His desire to share his experience and love for food with others is visible in each event he attends.
In Romania, Silviu cooked for some of the world's biggest personalities, but King Mihai I was one of his most important guests. Silviu received his cooking baptism at a well-known Romanian restaurant, Casa Capsa from there his professional path took him to Japan and then back to Romania, where he is now providing top-notch dishes to all CARDINAL EVENTS clients and consumers.
Our goal is to produce added value in every event we organize, but above all, to tell your story.
